These terms and conditions may be updated or modified from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
Catering Policy
Our catering services involve the preparation and delivery of pasta dishes to events and other venues as specified in your order. We use high-quality ingredients and prepare our dishes according to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
In order to provide our catering services, we require accurate and complete information regarding the location, date, and time of your event, number of attendees as well as any dietary restrictions or other special requests. It is your responsibility to provide us with this information in a timely manner and to inform us of any changes or updates as soon as possible. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that the amount of food prepared will be based on the estimated number of attendees provided by you. Any increase or decrease in the number of attendees may impact the quantity of food available during the event. Therefore, it is essential that you communicate any adjustments to the estimated number of attendees at your earliest convenience.
Please note that the number of attendees you provide during the ordering process will serve as an estimate for our preparations. We will make every effort to accommodate the requested quantity of food based on the information provided. However, we understand that the actual attendance may vary, and it remains your responsibility to inform us of any significant changes in the number of attendees as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem to be inappropriate, unlawful, or contrary to our values and principles.
Payment
Payment for our catering services must be made in advance and in full. We accept payment via EFTPOS payments, cash, and credit card payments. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
In the event that you cancel your order, we may be able to offer you a partial refund, minus any expenses already incurred by us in preparation for your order. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and timing of the cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 10 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any expenses already incurred by us in preparation for your order. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event may not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to provide our catering services for reasons beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events that make it impractical or impossible to perform our services. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and to offer you a full or partial refund, depending on the nature and timing of the cancellation.
